A virtual hour from the lawn of the church via Facebook

 

If your child would like to join in the virtual vacation bible school let us know.

by August 6^th with your contact information to sign up.

 

Any child living with-in a ten (10) mile radius of the church will be delivered a packet for the lessons, activities, experiments and snacks for the three days.

Parents will need to supervise the children during the science experiments.

 

 

For the parent who wants their child to participate and are out of area a list of materials for each project will be on the calaisumc.com webpage.

Materials needed for those who are not able to come or live too far to receive a packet:

 

Calm in the Storm Science Experiment:

 

Two  2-liter plastic soft drink bottles

Beet powder

Water

One 1-inch metal washer

Duct Tape

Glitter

 

What Lies Beneath Science Experiment

 

Large coffee filter

Scissors

A black nonpermanent marker

Water

 

Stay Afloat Science Experiment

 

            Two glass pint jars

            One egg

            A spoon

            4 ounces of salt

            Small objects

 

            Water
